What is the smallest order I can place?You can place as small (or big) order as you'd like.
How do I order?Just click on the product you are interested of and you will reach that products specific page. If your product has sizes please choose the correct size here, then click on the pink “purchase” button, which will lead you to your shopping basket. Here you will find two buttons: “proceed to check out” and “continue shopping”. Click “proceed to check out” and follow the instructions and the purchase will be made. If you want to continue shopping your chosen items will be in your shopping basket in the top right corner until you are ready to proceed to check out.
What is your terms of payment?You can pay with VISA or Mastercard. If you live in Sweden you may pay with invoice, but we will have to charge you 50 sek.
How safe is it to pay via the internet?We use a payment system that is called DIBS which handles the customers financial information. DIBS has a PCI (payment card industry ) certificate which is an extensive program which aims to increase the computor security for all partys that store, process or transmit data. The payment is made by HTTP/SSL which means the pages are coded and secure. We at Slowmotionshop will never know your card numbers. Read more about DIBS on their homepage www.dibspayment.com.
Payment is secured via HTTP/SSL cryptation. You will see a small pad lock at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, which tells you that you are in a secure area. All of your payment details, such as credit card details, are transferred safely via encryption and are not even made available to the Slowmotion team. DIBS is a leading company for credit card payments and they handle millions of transactions each day
Do you sell gift vouchers?Unfortunatly not but you can buy gifts and we send it home to the person for the occasion. All you need to do is to write the persons address in delivery address.
Can I change my delivery address?You can change delivery address as long as you package hasn’t been sent which it will be the same day you place your order. Please send an e-mail to hello@slowmotionshop.com

My order came faulty, what do I do?If your item should be faulty upon receipt we will of course replace you with a new one without any extra cost. Before you send it back please e-mail hello@slowmotionshop.com the following information: Your name Your address Your phone/mobile phone The name of the product What kind of fault Do not send anything back to us before you get an confirmation from us. When we receive the faulty item and have accepted it as a complaint we will send you a new item. If the item should be sold out we will credit the credit card for the faulty item and the transport costs.If the faulty item is not accepted as a complaint we will not send the faulty item back to you will be charged for the transport cost. Faulty items may be sent to: Slowmotion Group AB Landbovägen 5 421 66 Västra Frölunda SWEDEN May I exchange/return an item? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from delivery of the package and with shipping cost at the customers expense. You can not return sales or underwear products. If you of any reason want to return an item you have to send an e-mail to hello@slowmotionshop.com with the following information: Your name Your address Your phone/mobile phone The name of the product If it is an exchange or return Please don’t return anything until you get a confirmation from us. When we receive the item in the same condition as when we sent it you will get your money back or an new item depending on what you wish. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the transport cost for the replacement item when shipped. For full refund please provide a copy of your receipt; without a receipt we will issue a credit note. Please make sure you use a carrier with tracking and insurance when Slowmotion can not replace package lost during shipment.

When do I get my refund?When we receive the item you have sent back in the same condition as when we sent it to you we will put the money back on your account in one week.
Can I cancel an order?No, you can not cancel an order, but you may return it to us according to our Return policy.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?If you don’t pick up your order we will charge you 300 sek for ours and the post offices administration fees.
Do you have all your items in stock?All items you see in our shop are ready to be sent home to you the only thing we can not guarantie is that all the sizes are there.
How do you do your purchase?We follow our CSR strictly, you can read about in under CSR. We have chosen to only produce in Europe to avoid long transport and to have better control over our suppliers. The external brands that we work with have production outside Europe and they control their production themselves. We can not be held responsible for these brands but we carefully choose them because they stand for something that we support.
How do I know which size to choose? Our sizes should generally not differ from other brands, so if you usually buy a medium you should be the same size here. If you don’t want to leave it to chance, we have also provided exact measurements for all products. You can either measure directly on yourself or on your favourite products at home. Please keep in mind that chest size is most important for tops and hip size for underwear.

I saw an item at slowmotionshop, now i can’t find it, why?The item you have seen is sold out, if any questions please send an e-mail to hello@slowmotionshop.com
Why can’t i choose my size on item x?Your size is sold out because of this you can not choose it.
Can you reorder sizes/colours for me?Unfortunatly we can not order specific sizes or colours from our suppliers. Even though a specific size or colour is sold out it may come in again so send an email to hello@slowmotionshop.com and ask.
Will you sell other brands - in that case what brands?We always look for new brands, please add your e-mail address to our mailing-list and we will keep you updated.
Are the colours on my computor accurate with the actual item?We have done our best to make the colour look as accurate to the real colour as possible. Be ware though that different monitors have different light and colour installations as well as different quality. Please read the production description to be sure.

Does the price include VAT?The price includes Swedish VAT (25%), when you buy from abroad your country might add toll fees or tax. To be sure please contact your local customs.
